Guest Technology offers brokerage services for radio and towers, representing either buyer or seller. We know radio, we know the people in radio, we know values, and we know towers.

AM, Commercial FM, noncommercial FM, and FM translatorRadio station sales are tracked via an in-house database that is updated daily. From this data, Guest Technology can compute the average price paid for stations over a given period of time based on the number of persons living in the primary listening area. While the information goes back many years, only the past 12 months are used for standard valuations, with the occasional request for just the last six months.
